2. Repair Services

2.1. Service Scope: Laptop Clinic provides repair services for laptops, including but not limited to hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, and system upgrades. The scope of service will be determined based on the diagnostic assessment performed by our technicians.

2.2. Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic fee may apply to assess the issue with your laptop. This fee is refundable if you proceed with the repair services.

2.3. Repair Costs: Repair costs are estimated based on the diagnostic assessment. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins. The final cost may vary based on additional issues identified during repair.

2.4. Warranty on Repairs: We offer 1 year warranty on Refurbished Laptops, typically covering parts and labor for a specified period. Warranty details will be provided with the completed service.

2.5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data before bringing the laptop in for repair. Laptop Clinic is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

2.6. Service Completion Time: Estimated completion times for repairs are provided as a guideline. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refurbished Laptops

3.1. Product Condition: Refurbished laptops are thoroughly tested and refurbished to meet Laptop Clinic’s quality standards. They may show signs of previous use but are sold in good working condition.

3.2. Pricing: Prices for refurbished laptops are clearly stated and reflect the condition and specifications of the product. Prices are subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

3.3. Warranty: Refurbished laptops come with a warranty period during which repairs and replacement of defective parts are covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

3.4. Returns and Exchanges: Refurbished laptops can be returned or exchanged within a specified period, as outlined in our return policy. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and in the same condition as purchased.

4. Payments and Refunds

6.2. Product Liability: For refurbished laptops, Laptop Clinic’s liability is limited to the warranty provided with the product. We are not liable for any damages or issues arising after the warranty period.
