  • New Laptops: Refund requests for new laptops must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. The laptop must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included documentation.
  • Refurbished Laptops: Refund requests for refurbished laptops must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. The laptop must be returned in the condition it was received, including packaging and all included accessories.
  • Services: Refund requests for services (e.g., repairs, diagnostics) must be made within 7 days of the service date. Refunds for services are granted if the service was not performed as described or agreed upon.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Laptops that have been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.
  • Software or licenses that have been activated or used.
  • Consumables or accessories that have been opened or used.

2.3 Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your purchase receipt and reason for the refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refurbished Laptops: Replacement requests for refurbished laptops must be made within 14 days of the purchase date if the laptop is defective or not as described. The laptop must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.
  • Services: If the service performed does not resolve the issue, customers may request a re-service or replacement of faulty parts, if applicable, within 7 days of the service date.

3.2 Replacement Process:

  • To request a replacement, contact our customer support team with your purchase receipt and details of the issue.
  • Upon approval of the replacement request, we will arrange for the return of the defective item and dispatch a replacement unit. We will cover shipping costs associated with the replacement.
